ULTIMATE TEAM 1 week later still Cannot process request

For 1 week and 2 days  ON PC  through Steam. . .                 I  go to ultimate team. . Click a challenge.  The it boots me saying cannot process your request at this time try again later. . . . . ANYONE have any idea how to fix this or get ahold of someone?  

This is completely ridiculous.
