VS CPU incorrect losses

I’m winning games by 21-34 points a game but i try and start another one but get granted for a loss? I can’t progress through rewards if i just keep getting losses for wins. i’m like 2-2 when im supposed to be 4-0. I’ve tried restarting my game and xbox. I’ve only had the game for 2 days up to this point and ea support told me to come here and say something about it.
