What to do if I didn't get all my Rookie Premiere's?

I completed the Rookie premiere Set all 3x + the free Will Johnson 

Logged on to ps5 today & only  received 2 of the 3 85 rookie premiere players + Will Johnson 

Can I please receive the last 85 overall pack im owed on ps5 thank you 

Also for anyone missing theres plz post here so we can get this fixed.

me either,,, im so aggravated. i had to download ea trial to play the game even though i had mvp bundle, and it show me all of my rookie premier packs earlier but i didnt choose any of them because i didnt know what i wanted then the server went down, then i went to work and came home, nothingggggggggg where did my packssssss goooooo

I only Received 2 of my 3 85 overall rookie premiere players 

I got 82 Will Johnson & 2 of my 3 85 overall rookie premiere packs so im waiting for my other pack to be granted.

Hope EA will fix this I want what I am owed I busted my butt to put the sets together sold high value cards to complete them & i still got robbed.

Hopefully EA is aware & will grant us what we are still owed.

I have to believe the sever errors yesterday messed things up

I completed all the Rookie Premiere sets in madden 25 sold off some quality players to complete all sets 

Logged into madden 26 early access only only received 2 of my 3 85 overall Rookie premiere players + I received my 82 overall Rookie premiere Will Johnson 

I have uploaded pics to show my Rookie premiere i put together in madden 25 & what i currently have i should 4 Rookie premiere players overall in madden 26 & only have 3

Is EA Aware of this & will anything be done about the missing content?

Can I please receive the pack im owed?

Received my x3 Rookie Premiere players + Will Johnson on time at launch but I am still missing my x3 Rookie Premier 32 Team Chem tokens? Has anyone else had this issue? 

All RP challenges and sets were completed on MUT 25, but for whatever reason my 32 team chem tokens haven't been granted yet. 

Please help, thank you!

Never got my 83 Julius peppers, my rookie premier items missing was “resolved” but I didn’t get any. I’m just asking for what I paid for.
