Unable to Play Challenges

I have not been able to play challenges for 3 weeks now. The game will not allow me to play the epic season 10 challenges, nor any of the rookie premiere challlenges, nor the last set of the flashback challenges. Same “connection lost” error and previous game still being processed error and kicked from the servers. This is a clear bug and issue that needs to be fixed and addressed by the Dev team immediately. This directly affects gameplay and paid for in game rewards. This should be a high priority task and be resolved immediately. I have submitted several help tickets through EA help support, but I don’t know if the bug ticket is actually being created and or addressed because my help tickets keep being closed and there has been no resolution in 3 weeks now. This is becoming absurd at this point! Does the dev team know of this issue and when will this be resolved? Rookie premiere ends in less than 12 days. I have paid for the premium pass and am unable to complete or receive the tokens to complete a set to claim the rookie premiere cards. It is impossible without the completion of the challenges! I also should be receiving the eternals reward and may not be able to reach level 21 without the challenges as well. We need to be able to play the challenges and this needs to be fixed ASAP! These rookie premiere sets are also critical for madden 27 in game rewards as well. Why has this not been resolved? I am an SDET, software development engineer in test automation. I program and automate regressions testing for a software company and have years of experience as a bug analyst as well. This is a clear bug that needs to be fixed! I’ve heard of several workarounds related to lineups and removing strategy items, resetting visuals back to starter packs, and creating lineups from scratch. I have deleted all my lineups and created from scratch and tried every work around I could google. Nothing is working. I have turned off all abilities and X factors, I have messed around with my lineups for hours and hours trying to get something to work and nothing is working. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. Please fix this bug and issue. I know the software company I work for would not tolerate this. This directly affects the end user. I’m 45 years old and have been playing Madden for over 20 years. Madden 26 has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Consistent issues with bugs that go unresolved for months related to in game rewards, experience tracking, server issues, on and on. EA however always fixes a bug when it’s related to the store or anyway you can spend money for in game currency or content. If you cannot fix bugs that affect game play and the experience for the end user, then stop pushing new content! All EA seems to care about is pushing new content! The next promo, the next season, the next team pass, all to generate revenue. It is clear that this is all they care about! I’m honestly getting fed up! I was planning on buying UFC 6 and Madden 27, but if EA does not resolve this issue before the end of rookie premiere I will never purchase another Madden or EA game again. The cons this year have far outweighed the pros and enjoyment of playing the game. It’s been more of a hassle and a continual headache this year then it’s been worth! I will no longer grind this game and I will invest my time and money into other game developers that care about their customers and the end users. And I have purchased a ridiculous amount of in game content this year, I have purchased almost every premium pass available, for teams, for seasons, and for special promo events as well. I have also spent over a thousand dollars on packs. EA please fix this bug and issue! And please start caring more about the user experience, instead of just the bottom line and money to be gained. I’ve lost my faith and trust in you as a software company! My current CTO says there must be a balance between creating new content and resolving bugs so there is stability and reliability in the software for the end users. Madden is clearly way out of balance, you constantly push new content and in doing so only introduce more bugs with every update and new promo. If you can’t invest the time and energy into making a quality product for the end users by resolving bugs and issues with your current content schedule, then you need to scale back on pushing so much content. Have less seasons, less promos, and you will have less issues for people who play the game. It’s very obvious that Madden26 as a product has been extremely unbalanced and poor quality because of the rampant bugs that go unresolved. I think your dev team just hopes that the next update will resolve issues or by simply moving onto the next promo that the issues of the past promo will not be remembered and be behind you, but this is not the case. The players do remember the constant headaches in dealing with your software bugs and must just suffer until the next update, next season, or next promo. Is this how it’s going to be with this rookie premiere promo? Has your dev team just moved onto Madden 27 and no longer cares about Madden 26? Because that is how it looks and feels for those still playing the game. The idiotic thing is that the rookie premiere promo is important for those who plan to buy and play Madden 27. You are actually incentivizing me and hopefully others to stop purchasing your products! This has been my first post ever on an EA forum and it’s shaping up to be my last post ever as well!
