Wrongful suspension since November 21st, 2025 what do I do?

My account was suspended on November 21, 2025 for "Coin distribution" in which I have never bought or sold coins. I had over 1000+ hours on madden 26 with over 70M coins from working the auction hous...

    Unfortunately, we on the forums lack the necessary tools to support your case and cannot assist with account-related requests. I'm afraid that if they said the case will not be revisited then that's that. However, you can still try to dispute this by creating a new case, in which a different person on the support team will take another look.

I just dont understand how I could have 1,000 hours on the game then all of a sudden sell coins? And every appeal has been denied it doesnt make much sense and its been like 2 months I cannot reach out to anyone?
