Xbox Series X MVP Bundle Madden 26 Deluxe Content

I have downloaded Madden 26 from the MVP Bundle I pre-ordered on April 27th, 2025. I did not receive any deluxe content I paid for and was supposed to get from the MVP Bundle. I have not received content such as Ultimate Team pre-order points, cover athlete player, Hall of Fame players, Rookie Premiere, etc.
