Yet to receive my DRC sugar rush reward

I played the cpu event three times. I won the first time, all ten games. Then I lost one after 4 wins. Then my third time I won again. So I have in total won twice but did not get DRC card. I did get the karrots for 9 wins. He is crucial for my giants theme team.
