ZC Event lost progress

I was doing the ZC vs CPU event. I finished game 5 with 40 point while the cpu had 18. When the game ended I collected my rewards from the season pass and it kicked me out of MUT. I went back in and the game registered a loss of 0-0 and ended my event. Thats a couple hours of gameplay wasted. Thats a terrible bug. What's EA going to do about it?
