Zero Chill H2H Event - Missing Token

Same boat, just didn’t receive my token

went 10-0 on tier 3 event received my snow but still missing event player reward token 3 hours ago 

I have won the h2h zero chill event 5 times now total. in all three tiers (tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3) i have only received one champion token. i am owed 4 tokens. i have only received snow. it has been over a day since winning all of them and i have tried restarting and multiple other things. has this been happening to anybody else?

EA fix this for me please. I am owed 4 champion tokens. your help bots that claim to be "human" are of no assistance. i linked pictures of all the times i have won it with no token. also a picture of my snow count.

ea i have yet to receive 2 of my champion tokens  and snow that i completed last night with 10 wins. it’s getting old ea all the money i use on this game😑

I beat the event again and I got the snow but no Token. Can you all look in to this so I can receive my token.

• I’m currently 8-1 in the event, I won the first game and never got a win for it and I just won my most recent game and never got the win for it. I would be 10-1 and got the 70k snow + the event token which isn’t fair. Can someone help me
