Zero Chill H2H Event - Missing Token

Same thing happened to me,

Gone 10-0 3x now . Only received rewards for one event win not all 3 . Customer service is a joke refuse to help . Gametsg ItsZiggz on Xbox . Zero help from anyone over at ea on this

Hello. I am having the same problem. I am on Xbox and my gamer tag is FrereBeads. In the past two days I went 10-1 in a tier 1 run (didn't take screen shots since I didn't anticipate a token issue), 10-0 in a tier 2, and 10-3 in a tier 3 which I have posted the screen shots of. I received my snow but did not receive the event token. Thank you for your help.

As far as I know, the token is only awarded once a week.

Won the event on Dec 29th, never got the token only received the snow. 

I’ve waited since day after Christmas I played teir 2 and 3 win my first game and it kicked be to teir 1 and got nothing and took my tokens. They have done nothing and I can’t even play anymore cause all my tokens s gone and no rewards

I’ve waited almost 2 weeks and missed out on the rewards and players after winning my first game in teir 2 and 3 and got nothing and didn’t count my win and started me at tier 1 and took all 3 my tokens. Not Ima miss out again on the event cause csnt plsy and didn’t get rewarded for winning. My teir 3 was taken yesterday after thinking it wouldn’t happen again
