Zero Chill Pack 2

I’ve been getting all of my twitch drops until yesterday. So far I’ve gotten 10 Twitch packs, 2 Ingram tokens and the 1st Zero chill pack.  It appears on Twitch that they combined my 1st and 2nd Zero chill pack because I see a number 2 in the bottom right hand corner of the icon not sure if this is what caused the issue.  The fact that I got the twitch pack I earned after the Zero chill pack tells me I earned and claimed it but the pack was never sent to Madden 26. My other packs never combine they are all separate.  Note:  I am playing on a Switch 2 system.
Thank you and hope we can get this resolved because I need all the snow I can get.
