Player Retirements Unexpected Pre and Post Draft

I wanted to follow up on Players retiring unexpectedly and too soon. Despite the update addressing player retirements, I feel like it's still an major issue as players, especially superstars would retire unexpectedly in some points during the offseason. For example, a player would retire just as the draft was going to begin or right after the draft has finished. I felt concerned about it since it was out of nowhere and hopefully this can get addressed.
