Is aggressive blocking really THAT bad, or are you spamming light boxes?

It's time to have an honest discussion folks. 

I've legit had no issue stopping the run regardless if someone is using aggressive blocking. 

But I also make it a point to MATCH up my front 7 personnel, so there's that.

I've seen posted videos of pass pro being bad, especially vs contains. I've even seen videos of WRs not responding to controller input at the catch point. And I've seen countless videos of random under/over thrown passes on deep passes. But I've yet to see a video of someone getting the ball ran down their throat where the defense matches up personnel, but aggressive blocking still gets them over. 

Tbh, I feel like this is just a ruse by the "light box meta" folks to get back to what we had before. 

If it was up to me, I'd go back to 2017 when spamming a light box got you pancaked all over the field as a penalty. 

On this issue, I believe folks just refuse to adjust their games. And want the devs to bail them out.
