Hello I bought the ea sports MVP plus bundle and was supposed to receive an NFL Sunday ticket discount code. I never got that email and just was hoping i could get an email sent to me Ea support told me to ask in forums lol
I’m having the same problem. Ordered the digital standard version for Xbox from Microsoft back in August. Never got email, checked my EA account on Internet, chatted with the EA support and Microsoft. Their solution was that they would look into it. Got the email notifying me yesterday about the offer and I’ve been Doomscrolling since trying to find a solution. Good luck.
