Can’t load past title screen on PS5 trial

I purchased a month of ea play to try out madden 27, and was enjoying it a lot, but a few days ago I tried to get on the game, and after going past the ‘press any button’ prompt on the title screen, my game can’t load anything.

It continues to try and load, and if I disconnect from the wifi it comes up with an error message, so the game is working, but I can’t get to the main menu. Sometimes it says ‘ea servers unavailable’ even though they are.

Plus I have Fc27 also on ea play which is working fine, so it’s not a subscription issue.

Things I’ve tried:

Deleting and re-downloading game

Deleting save

Clearing cache and rebuilding database

Restoring license

Checking for updates

When I deleted and re-downloaded, it worked the first time I went on, as it goes into an accessibility setup screen and from there I could get to the main menu. But after I tried loading it up again, it did the same glitch as before. I’m not re-downloading it everytime I want to play.
