Defensive coordinators in coach carousel do not have defensive scheme displayed

Were you a coordinator or head coach at your previous school?

I just encountered this issue attempting to promote from offensive coordinator to head coach.  I tested in the same dynasty taking control of a current head coach accepting another head coach job at another school and it let me hire coordinators.

It appears that due the “CPU Manage Support Staff” being forced ON for coordinators is limiting the experience on working your way from coordinator to head coach. Unless you are okay with getting random coordinators in your first head coach gig, better stick with starting dynasties as head coach.

Unless they can patch it to unlock the CPU manage when you get a head coach promotion, they should just unlock the options and let people decide on their own if they want to be able to hire coordinators as coordinators.

Having the same issue on Xbox. Makes it very challenging to hire a DC that fits your scheme when it only shows Off. Scheme for DCs

This is still broken!! The DC's still have OC schemes showing?  Also, this time when I went to hire a new OC and DC, it showed I had no points to use for hiring and on the DC, I tried to hire one, but it said I had to remove one before I could hire one.  It showed I had 6/6 offers, but I actually had no offers.  I forwarded a week and came back into Coch Hire and the DC now showed zero offers, but now all the good DC's that fit my scheme were gone off the list.  PLEASE FIX THIS....SO FRUSTRATING!  Lord, please don't let Madden 27 be like this.....

Also forgot to mention that when showing interest to more than one school should we possibly be able to get in a bidding war?  Both times I wanted to change schools, I chose 3-4 schools and it automatically hired me at one?  Shouldn't we have the option to decline and search another job or decline and stay with our current school?

There are still issues where teams refuse to fire coaches even after multiple 0-12 seasons

After the first few years, all new coaches are still only going to the three beginning archetypes and only update those skill trees

I can't get access to all fired coaches, even though I unlocked cream of the crop. And the fired coaches end up being coordinators at low tier schools. 

Since you refuse to fix it and provide logic in the carousel, just give us full access to do whatever we want.  Allow us to upgrade the coordinator skill trees. Allow us to manually force hires to coordinators, allow us to manually remove coaches.  The past three years, you have failed to improve the logic and reasoning for coaching carousel and upgrading them.  

I don’t see no reason why we can’t upgrade coordinators as we want to, especially in an offline dynasty. Although I am sure we would have to pay extra for this option.

We definitely need the option.  Their reasoning for why we can't is dumb, and even if you utilize their reasoning, they refuse to fix the game to allow their reasoning yo make sense.
