So, Madden 26 works fine.
Anticheat/Javelin starts, the splash screen goes through all of the steps until "launching game" and then it just reverts back to the EA App.
I have repaired, attempted to run as admin, uninstalled, reinstalled.
What is interesting is the EA Anticheat Installer, even if downloaded seperately from EA does not list Madden NFL 27 in its list of games. Madden 24, 25, 26 are. And again, Madden 26 runs fine.
Yep I downloaded the EA anti cheat installer and same thing, it doesn’t list Madden 27.
So just for an update here. Madden 27 now appears in the Anti-Cheat installer, but the game still will not launch. It's been about 6 weeks and i've never been able to play it. Again, Madden 26 launches just fine. It has nothing to do with Secure Boot, or TPM or any of the other things you may find online because madden 26 works and launches easily. I cannot imagine the Frostbite or the game engine has changed dramatically since. Other games built on it work fine, too.
I have repaired, reinstalled, reinstalled and repaired AntiCheat, I have tried to run as administrator for both the game and AntiCheat.
This is a ridiculously poor state on PC. I have been playing Madden on PC since it first came back in 2022 (i think?) and NEVER had a problem.
The first week of the season will be over soon, and starting to lose interest in even trying anymore. The entire point was to get it earlier as of August 13th through Play Pro and it the season will be half over if it ever works. Extremely frustrated especially because EA has nothing to say about it, no responses, no troubleshooting steps, no one to ask for support so we are left with trying to find random AI created websites or YouTube accounts that just repeat simple fixes that don't work (reinstall, run as administrator, etc). If you search you will be flooded with nothing but these sites with the same steps, and NOTHING from EA anywhere.
I am usually pretty patient with this kind of thing and not someone to really complain, but considering today is week one of the season and it has NEVER launched I am pretty disappointed. Time to cancel my EA Play sub.

Same issue, can't get past the splash screen.
Same issue here, just downloaded tyhe game and it keeps saying "an unexpected game shutdown was detected...... (0xC0000005)
Just bought it too smh...
Anyone have a fixes on this, game was fine a week ago and spontaneously just broke. I got past the load screen a couple times, only to be kicked out legit 3 seconds later with no error message or anything, just automatically closed.
