Game Crashing

I'm having a really frustrating issue with Madden 27 on my Xbox Series X. During H2H games, Madden will freeze and then my entire Xbox Series X completely powers off. It isn't just crashing back to the dashboard—the console actually shuts down. The weirdest part is that this does not happen with my other games. I've mainly been seeing it with Madden 27, and I've also had issues with College Football 27.I've already tried pretty much all of the standard troubleshooting, including reinstalling Madden 27, resetting/troubleshooting the Xbox, clearing Madden's local saved data, changing the Xbox to 1080p/60Hz, disconnecting my USB accessories, making sure Madden is fully updated, and testing multiple H2H games.The crashes are also completely inconsistent. I've had games make it into the 4th quarter before the Xbox shuts off, while another game can crash almost immediately.Has anyone with a Series X experienced Madden 27 completely powering off their console like this? If so, has anything actually fixed it for you?I'm especially interested in Madden-specific fixes or workarounds, rather than the usual reinstall/reset suggestions, since I've already gone through those.

    I had the exact same issue except it happened with any gameplay (franchise, play now, superstar, etc). I did all the troubleshooting and then some. Unfortunately I had no success getting it to fix the problem. In fact, I couldn’t play a single game straight through without a crash, often many crashes. In the end I got the game refunded by Microsoft which also means I no longer have the game. 
    I made sure in my refund request to present Microsoft with all the troubleshooting I attempted and made it clear that EA offered an unplayable game. They accepted.
