Live Content Update Message

I keep getting the “Live Content Update” message, which is preventing me from playing online. I purchased Madden 27 on PC through Steam.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

• Switching from my Wi-Fi to my phone’s hotspot to rule out an internet issue
• Repairing/reinstalling Javelin Anti-Cheat
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
• Repairing the game files through Steam
• Unlinking and relinking my Steam account to my EA account

I also recently linked my Twitch account to my EA account to receive the MCS card. I have since unlinked my Twitch account, but the issue is still happening.

At this point, I’m wondering if there could be an issue with my EA account or something on the account/server side rather than my PC or internet connection.

Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can try, or can you check whether there is an issue with my EA account that could be causing the Live Content Update error?
