Madden 2027 glitches

I do not understand. Every time I play Madden, my wide receivers can't catch, and my quarterback can't throw. I've been playing Madden for 25+ years, and I just started having these issues with 26 and now 27. Even if I set my skill level to 100 and put the computer level to zero, I'm still dropping passes. This clearly doesn't make sense.
