Madden 27 Most Feared Murky Water Crossing 900 disconnecting on Xbox Series X
Welc0me2Oakland is my Xbox user name

experiencing an ongoing issue with the Most Feared Trick or Treat CPU event. I’m losing ground in the game every single day. No clue what to do. Please help!
Whenever I attempt to enter the Murky Water Crossing 900 event, the game immediately kicks me back to the Madden home screen and disconnects me from the EA servers.
This has been happening for approximately six days.
Troubleshooting already completed:
—Cleared Xbox alternate MAC address.
-Removed upgraded Most Feared players from my lineup.
-Removed EVO upgrades.
-Verified that regular MUT Solo Challenges work normally.
The issue appears isolated to this specific Most Feared CPU event.
I’m requesting that the Madden development team investigate whether my event progression or entry has become corrupted on the server side and whether it can be reset without affecting my MUT progress.
I’d also like to know whether affected players will receive compensation for rewards and progression lost because of this issue.
look forward to a response asap. Thank you.
