Missing MVP pack...

So I purchased the MVP bundle thing so I could access the game early and the monthly pack. I was not allowed access until the second early access time table instead of what was stated when I purchased it and now the monthly packs go out and I don't get that either? Why did I pay all that extra money? I don't want to or have any desire to play CFB at all and did this only for Madden and now I am finding out I do not get any benefits from paying the extra money at all. How do I get my money back???
