Mut 27 disconnects

Hello EA 

I’ve been experiencing repeated disconnections from EA servers while playing Madden NFL 27 on PS5.

This happens across all online game modes, not just Ultimate Team. Sometimes the game briefly freezes, and eventually I receive a message saying my connection to the EA servers has been lost.

My internet connection works properly, and I do not experience this issue in other online games.

I’ve already checked:

  • My EA and PlayStation accounts are correctly linked.
  • My EA account has no bans or restrictions.
  • My PS5 uses wired Ethernet.
  • My NAT Type is 2.
  • My download speed is approximately 500 Mbps and upload speed is 26 Mbps.

I’ve also tried multiple troubleshooting steps without resolving the problem.

I am requesting that EA investigate my account and determine why my Madden online sessions keep disconnecting.

Could an EA Community Manager please advise how I can get this issue escalated to the appropriate technical support team?

    To help us narrow things down, could you clarify a few things?

    • When did the issue first start? Did it begin after a particular update?
    • Are the disconnections completely random, or do they happen at specific times?
    • Could you share the exact error message or a screenshot when the disconnection occurs?
    • Apart from the checks you've mentioned, have you tried restarting your router or following the steps in our connection troubleshooting guide?

    literally probably the same error I’ve been having and made multiple posts about - they’re gonna ignore it and mark a basic answer as the solution - completely useless
