OldManTexas869​ If you have the Bundle purchase itself, you should be able to get in now. Compensation is not handled by us in any way. Which platform did you pre-order it on?

I also purchased the MVP bundle and it is now the 10th and past 2pm EST so why can I still not download the game? If I can’t download until the full release date is there a way to receive compensation for them not holding up their side of the bargain when I pre ordered? 

8x2tcme0ardt​ I understand. All these dates and times have been stressful for players for sure. As of now, the MVP bundle and Deluxe editions go live with early access at 2 PM EST. 

As for the others, it should state that, and it is the feedback we have provided. As for an explanation, that is above us. How and when platforms allow you to download anything is decided by many people far above us and outside the Community. That would take an official response from the studio. Unless they give that, we cannot provide that officially.

To successfully claim and see the points in your account balance, you must complete the following steps while connected to the EA Servers:

1. Launch the Game: Load into Madden NFL 27 on your console or PC [source: 29].
2. Log in to Your EA Account: Ensure you are signed in to the same EA Account you used to purchase the MVP Bundle
3. Enter Ultimate Team: You must manually select and log into the Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) mode 
4. Automatic Delivery: Once you enter the MUT menu, the game will sync with EA servers and instantly credit 4,600 points to your Ultimate Team profile.

(Note: If you have purchased the bundle but don't see the points, a simple restart of the game after your first login to MUT will force the server to refresh your wallet balance.

EA_Shepard​ ​ For Madden NFL 27, download is still locked until the access date/time, exactly the same as the download date. This means the “3 days early access” is not actually 3 days due to download takes from that window. On my connection that ate up most of a full day of the early access I paid extra for.

If access date and download date are meant to be identical, that should be clearly stated at the point of purchase not buried after the fact. As it stands, MVP Bundle owners are paying a premium for early access that’s being silently reduced by mandatory download time, while CFB 27 buyers under the same bundle got a proper pre-load.

I’d like an explanation of why Madden 27 wasn’t pre-load enabled like CFB 27, and whether EA plans to compensate affected early access windows.

I have same issue, I understand the time for playing sorry but I could download CFB27 days before to play game on time, so what is the difference for Madden 27?

Why I cannot even download the game on 10.08 in Turkey ? Not saying that to play, even system does not allow to download the game what an inconsistency same bundle different download rules without any clarification. So it equals 2 day early access with including download time. Could you please provide us the confirmation for download time, (only provided term is ‘access’ however, it means download time for Madden 27 and access time for CFB27 in current situation. What a dilemma,)  so that we can consider for our next purchases?

I have a questionEA_Shepard​  I preordered madden 27 mvp edition and downloaded the free trail , when I opened the game I did not receive my 4,600 points or anything that I was told I was going to have from the mvp bundle. But my friend received everything though from his bundle what do I do?

The Bundle doesn't give access until the 10th per the official times: Madden NFL 27 - Launch Guide 

In your case, if you got what you should have (excluding the game) that could be a few reasons. Generally, when it comes to bundles, it is up to the platform to decide when each player's region can download them. You can always check the purchase history through the app, or online, or use the app as suggested, but if you got part of what actually comes in the bundle, then it is just a matter of waiting.

We have no way to physically make it show up. Since it is the 9th, not the 10th, we have to wait closer to the time. Some players are able to download it, but not all. If i t does not by the AM, let us know.

You can install it from the Xbox app by looking it up in the mobile apps store and then selecting the version that does not display a price. Then you should be able to click “Install to ____ console”.

however, this does NOT grant ownership still. As it will display with a warning indicating that you do not own the game. This issue persists despite being an MVP bundle owner as well. 

This happens every single year with the MVP bundle. Every. Single. Year.

I’m also having the same issue
