Random disconnects

So this happened today after I got a email from ea help saying they made updates and performance improvements to help with the crashes I have been experiencing this crashing issue/ random disconnects since college football 27 and now madden 27. It’s just ridiculous how they still can’t fix this issue and it’s been well over 2 months with this issue. This is really frustrating and the game is unplayable at this point I just lost all hope that they will fix this issue. I literally don’t understand how they can’t fix this issue multiple people have been experiencing this and they still haven’t found a solution to this problem! (Yes I’m wired) and I only experience this issue with madden 27 and college football 27
