Server Disconnects

Someone please help. I haven't been able to complete one solo challenge or other full games due to disconnecting from servers in the second quarter everytime. Tried ea help, useless. Powered down system and router, deleted and redownloaded game several times, no improvement. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Which platform are you playing on? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?

We also have this article with connection troubleshooting steps that may help.

Xbox series x. Connection is wireless but there is no other game having issues except madden. My speed is over 600
