Showdown Can't Connect to a game, stuck on blue madden screen loading.

I cant seem to enter a single match of showdown. When i try with friends they get stuck on the blue screen and then it pulls them out, i get stuck and have to restart. they can join matches regularly without me but when i even try solo i get stuck in the same exact blue madden screen and never get to join. This is the entire reason i downloaded and paid money to play this game, insane this isnt fixed, pls help.
