After probably over 100 crashes I have finally convinced Xbox to give me my money back. I have posted on every X post Madden has made and posted many times in the forums that the game is broken for so many. It’s been a month now with no fix. I will never be buying another EA game and I encourage others to do the same! And a thank you to EA for compiling all my posts into one discussion instead of just fixing the issue!
This has been an absolute nightmare for me too. It’s a shame there’s only dozens of people talking about it instead of thousands. This isn’t the first year this has been a problem for me…and it’s been fixed before in prior years. Now here we are too much of a minority for it to even be that big of a deal. Sure I’ve owned every madden for 30 years 💯 but who cares about my mvp subscription and love for this game when I’m just one wallet among millions of players. Who cares if there are a few people talking about their consoles just shutting down. Ranked is a nightmare with this crap. 6 of my 9 losses are from my console shutting down with the game fully in hand. Playing squads which is one of my favorite things to do in mut is even worse. Xbox shut off with no overheat message in the 1st quarter so I can wait around for 25-30 minutes to sit on the edge of my seat hoping it doesn’t happen every game the rest of the night. Even solo seasons is a disaster. Playing through 11 games just to have it turn off and now it’s time to beat the cpu 13 more boring games. It’s all unacceptable. It’s all beyond disheartening and at this point I’m at my end. Xbox series x are $900. I’m starting to worry this unstable game is about to force me into buying a new console before I know it. This is unacceptable and it needs addressed by the devs and the forum admins to get some results. More than a copy and paste bs message….10th night in a row this has ruined my night and wasted my time….LFG EA figure it out!!!
