Superstar mode still crashes

Just tried playing superstar mode after the patch.  Still crashes.  Tried to play twice both times crashed.  
The game play is still terrible.  The blitzers are on me before I can get the snap in shotgun.  
This game is not even worth trying to come back to after the next patch.
