Visual Glitch causing "popping" and invisible players

My screen keeps popping when I have offensive macros and I cant fix it I am a streamer and this game is my job and its unplayable and its really causing me so much grief I have spent days trying to figure out whats causing it whenever im on my host and have offensive macros my screen is popping and it won't stop I need to get in touch with someone ASAP please respond
