Hi @platinumjc843.
When you have a chance please try resetting the password for your EA Account. It should let you log back into Madden after the password has been reset.

It's still telling you that your account is invalid? Is it possible that you might have your Xbox account linked up with a different EA Account?
I'm wondering if resetting the password didn't help because it was reset for a different EA Account rather than the one that's connected with your Xbox account.

I reset my password on the computer but how do I do it on the ps4
My account has been invalid for a week and support is pretty much useless.
I already tried resetting my password - is there anything else I can do?
I have the same issue. Reset password and nothing. I too was playing the game fine then the next day it wouldn’t let me log in?!
I’ve contacted EA help and their advice won’t work. For the past 3 weeks, every time I get on Madden 20, it says “This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information.” Before this issue occurred I never had an EA account. I can get on NBA2K20 but just not Madden. I’ve deleted the game and downloaded back again, but it didn’t work. I’m about to delete my saved data. So I don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone has had this issue and knows what to do, let me know

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.
If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.
