AI Teams Letting High OVR Players Get to FA Too Often

This is happening way too often and it's very annoying. Young, talented players should only hit FA after the franchise tag has been used. In M23 it happens nonstop. It happens from normal starts where teams have limited cap, but it also happens in fantasy draft starts where every team has 80+ mill in cap space. It's ruins all the immersion to have all of these talented players hitting FA every season. It's not realistic.

    The other "cap" issue is the revenues don't allow you to make enough money for upgrades and signing bonuses. People complaining about peanuts costing $2 in 2030 and a $5 cheeseburger or a $45 mezzanine ticket. We all know at a ballpark a beer is $16+. There is no legit revenue stream or inflation for revenue to keep up with contract demands.

    Is this "working as intended" or can we hope for a fix? Really ruining the immersion in franchise mode.
