Question

I'm on the Playstation 5 platform (Disc).&nbsp; I noticed since this past weekend that I can only play one Superstar KO, NFL exhibition online game.&nbsp; If I try to play another game a message quickly appears "ATTENTION, An unknown error has occured. Please try again." then automatically goes back to the main menu.&nbsp; Can someone help me?

Hi&nbsp;@2587b15793c8424e&nbsp;When you get a chance, I would recommend trying the following steps and checking if this continues.&nbsp;

Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for&nbsp;updates&nbsp;
Restore Licence
Try the steps in our Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Open your PS5 NAT Type
Change&nbsp;DNS&nbsp;settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)&nbsp;&nbsp;

Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:&nbsp;&nbsp;

Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Select "Turn Off PS".&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Restart the PlayStation.&nbsp;&nbsp;
