Banned for a game I never played

Starting off, I’m a sims player and have only used EA to play sims. Just recently my account has 2 active bans… one from APEX which I never played nor downloaded, I’m starting to think that I was hacked or something, and the second is on my account. There are no reasons listed and when I disputed it they literally said they’re not going to give me a reason on why it’s banned and isn’t letting me know what user agreement I “violated”. I’ve disputed it twice so far and still nothing other than them saying that I have violated something… It’s really annoying since I’ve had this account since sims 4 came out and been buying DLC for the game, now all of a sudden I’m not allowed to get anymore and an error screen pops up when I go on the website… Is anyone else experiencing this ?

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Tried that and got no help whatsoever. They told me that they’re not lifting the ban and they’re not going to tell me what I did wrong. Is there not a better option? Now I’m getting an automatic response…

    If our TOS team has denied your appeal @harmonyh21 then there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to change this.

  • So what’s the point of the help support if no one can help ? If I say I never played something and they say they’re not lifting a ban because I “violated” something but continue to not tell me or send prove of this violation what am I supposed to do? All the money I spent with EA and I can’t even get an explanation.

  • Honestly, this is a joke. TOS bans people for no reason and when you ask for a reason they deny. I can’t get any other help for this matter since only TOS has control over my account… So am I going to get a refund for all the DLC I bought with them or they’re just going to take my account and leave me stranded ? If they found something they should provide proof, they can even look at my records and see I haven’t been on my account prior but I guess they don’t know how to do their job and just dismiss people and their problems. The help isn’t help. Thanks for not helping like your TOS team.
