Banned for a game I never played
Starting off, I’m a sims player and have only used EA to play sims. Just recently my account has 2 active bans… one from APEX which I never played nor downloaded, I’m starting to think that I was hacked or something, and the second is on my account. There are no reasons listed and when I disputed it they literally said they’re not going to give me a reason on why it’s banned and isn’t letting me know what user agreement I “violated”. I’ve disputed it twice so far and still nothing other than them saying that I have violated something… It’s really annoying since I’ve had this account since sims 4 came out and been buying DLC for the game, now all of a sudden I’m not allowed to get anymore and an error screen pops up when I go on the website… Is anyone else experiencing this ?

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
