Banned on MUT for trading a card to my DC

as the title says. I traded my defensive co-ordinator the new Jamal Adams as we were tired of bob sanders getting absolutely missed all the time. Me and my friend Boston have been top 100 every year in the game mode and spent plenty of money on packs, trust me. It’s an absurd amount that I wouldn’t even say the exact number here. Having said this, I’ve never distributed coins in my entire madden career not even on the trade block to friends. I do this one time and get permanently banned. I have no history of any terms of service violations over the past 8 years playing ultimate team in different games. This has got to be a mistake, It would be nice if there was a warning that’s inside ultimate team that says, “hey bob, you can’t trade that high value of a card to a friend so you guys win more games”. how do I get pointed me out to be a distributor for doing 1 trade that I intended to lend to my defensive coach for squads. I need some serious attention to this because the way this happened seems to be flawed.

Hey juice, I got a pop up message that said I was a coins distributor, it’s literally crazy 

i get a notification when trying to play squads that says a game server connection issue has occurred. try again soon

Riven, I believe in the system though, they’ve got to make it right... submit a ticket to the terms of service team, that’s what I did

When did you open your case? I opened mine on Friday morning around 10:30 CST.

Related, I keep getting emails to rate EA Help service. I have 4 now. Why would they send these while it is still being reviewed. Did you get these too? I am wondering if something weird is going on with my case
