Blitz Makegoods Update | 11/29

Hey Ultimate Team fans,

We wanted to share the details of three issues during the Blitz program, what we’re doing to address players impacted, and the timeline when they will be rolling out.

First issue:

• On 11/24, Blitz Packs had incorrect descriptions and icons where they displayed an extra 1x 81+ OVR Elite Player.

Due to this issue, players who purchase Blitz Packs, including any bundles containing Blitz Packs, on Thursday, November 24th from 10:30AM - 11:30AM ET will be receiving 1x 81+ OVR Elite Player per Blitz Pack purchased.

Second issue:

• On 11/24, the Blitz Most Feared Pro elite bundle description was incorrect. The description said players could choose 1 of ANY 92 OVR Most Feared Champion player but would only allow players to choose 1 of 3 92 OVR Most Feared Champion Player.

Due to this issue, players who purchased the Blitz Most Feared Pro Elite Bundle from Thursday, November, 24th at 11:00PM to Friday, November 25th at 2:35AM ET will receive a fantasy pack that contains a choice of ANY 92 OVR Most Feared Champion per bundle purchased.

Both of the above makegoods have started to rollout to impacted players earlier today. Please wait 48 hours before contacting EA Help.

Third issue:

• On 11/25, a Blitz TOTW Platinum Bundle displayed an incorrect image when players clicked in to view the details. The incorrect image displayed an incorrect 3x 91+ OVR TOTW players instead of a 1x 91+ OVR TOTW player.

Due to this issue, players who purchased the Blitz TOTW Platinum Bundle from Friday, November 25th at 11:55PM to Saturday, November 26th at 12:19AM ET will receive 2 additional 91+ OVR TOTW Players per bundle purchased. We are targeting to deliver this makegood tomorrow, Wednesday, November 30th. Tomorrow, we’ll share on @MaddenNFLDirect when this makegood will begin to rollout.
