Can’t delete custom uniforms

I’m playing madden 23 on PS5 and i can’t delete custom uniforms from my profile, the game freezes everytime i have tried to delete a custom uniform 

anyone else having this problem?

    Hi @a58dfbc0437629a4 Can you try clearing your PS5's cache and check if the game keeps freezing? Also to confirm if the one your deleting currently in use?

    Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

    • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    • Select "Turn Off PS".   
    • Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
    • Restart the PlayStation.

    @EA_IlliumHi, yes i am able to edit the created ones, but when i go to save the edit, the game saves it as a new uniform altogether. and so i’ve tried to go in and delete the now-unnecessary/repeated custom uniforms, and my game freezes, everytime. can’t delete them

    @a58dfbc0437629a4 Hey man I actually had this same problem. I went to the share & manage files. Went to profile & deleted & roster & deleted. I then closed game out & reopened. It acted as if I was a new profile like selecting fav team & difficulty. I took pictures of all my settings etc. to not forget anything when setting up. It worked and my ultimate team was intact & deleted all my uniforms. Food for thought is when setting custom uni as default… say you want to change it well, go and delete it before doing so and keep it clean to prevent further freezes like me and you had. Hope this helps!
