The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won’t let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next season but when I try to hire one, it says “data not found” on the coach search screen. Any solutions?
If I simulated the entrie season, it let me hire a new one the following year. But then the same thing happened again after that season. I tried following someone’s directions that supposedly were the only way to fix it but they weren’t clear and I wound up deleting all my progress after over 10 seasons of building up my team and players. Soooo insanely frustrating. I already had to uninstall it and redownload it after technical issues and now it seems like it’s not widespread enough for them to care.
So I was having this problem too.
What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC.
Then hire new one.
Problem solved.
Thats not problem solved that is a work around.
