@ryanf211 I deleted Madden 23 from my console this evening then reinstalled the game. I am now able to play online again.

This is insane I’ve been struggling with this issue as well. I only got to play 1 day of the early access . I wasted my money if this is the nonsense we have to go through. All I do is play mut and I can’t even do that .

I get a similar bug on Xbox series x. It happens when I leave the game running in quick resume and I have to close the game and launch it again for it to connect.

I have the same problem! Thought I could now start with Madden 23 on my new xBox Series S, but I must have miscalculated. Maybe it's because I wanted to use my old EA account for the Playstation with the xBox, but couldn't use the same gamertag!

Just wanted to play a bit again and what happened, of course the same error as at the beginning. Maybe EA needs a bit of competition to finally deliver a good product. But if this continues like this I probably won't be in Madden 24 anymore!

@rhyno206 Having same problem with Xbox one. Bought game and as soon as loading screen is over it says I cant connect to ea server. Re installed 3 times, internet and account are good and still
nothing. Thanks for taking my money ea

playing on PS5 and still can't login to the EA servers. tried all the quick fixes and nothing works. Same old * for over 10 days and still getting no response From EA .
