Can' complete Team Diamond sets

Product: Madden NFL 23

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug I've completed a Team Diamond set but get a "can't process your request error" and get booted out of MUT. When I come back in I get a "ghost image" of the TD but he's not in my binder and the three 90ovr players are returned.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

    This happens to me as well when i try to complete the hines ward card its been 3 days

    Its been doing this for me since ever. I couldnt do any ultimate kickoff master sets. I found that if a card in the set was ever in your lineup the set will not work, but I may be mistaken, as I havent really tested it since PC auction house sucks because no one wants to play this * that they churn out every year.

    i have a steeler theme team and the hines wards card has alot of my good players lol this sucks

    If at anytime you upgraded a card, for abilities or theme team, even if upgrades are removed the card will cause the error.

    That is what appears to be the issue.  I have had a second copy of a card work, so that makes me think it is not a specific card causing it, which is what I thought the problem was for a long time.

    There is no way to know what you have upgraded as far as I know.  Other than remembering or writing it down.

    This is unintended, sets have  never worked this way, nor are they supposed to.  They should have let us know this is an issue months ago, or do what it takes to get enough people working on the game to fix bugs faster than 2+ months later.

    @seriouslyvexed I just got another one on a TD set too. That’s two TD sets and a 90 ovr MF set that won’t complete for me.
