Can my ultimate team transfer from Xbox one to pa5

I had a good Madden ultimate team on my Xbox one but when I got my ps5 and signed in with the same EA account my progress did not transfer over. Is there a way that this can happen or is it not possi...

    @zencrank no, transfer between different console types is not possible, only in the same "family" (one to series X/S for example).
