Can you change created player motivations in Franchise?

Hello! I’m playing Franchise under the “Player” role (not coach/owner), and my player’s motivation is in the red due to the No income Tax motivation. I like the team I’m on, so I’d like to change the motivations for this player. This is a created player I’m using in Franchise. Is this possible?
