I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
This unfortunately didn’t work. I really appreciate you offer support. Do you have any other recommendations? This has been very upsetting.

Try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 23. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 23 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Hi there,
This didn’t work and now I am worried that I’ve lost all my progress on MUT.
Considering how much money I put into this game, I find this to be completely unacceptable. Can you please provide me with an email to EA management, as I am a very unhappy customer.
In essence, I’ve bought a faulty product, a product I cannot play. I ask that you connect me with members of the EA team who can definitely resolve this issue, otherwise I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
