On top of being locked out at multiple points in the last 3 days, rendering the pre purchase dates USELESS, I STILL cannot claim my Joe Mixon headliner after 3 days. These issues are ridiculous and those of us that got the game early should be compensated.
I contacted the support team and voiced the same frustrations and asked if we would be compensated for the wasted time. I also cannot complete the Joe mixon set and I sold my starters and made sacrifices to my team to get the coins and now I’m stuck with my current situation until this gets solved. The contact person who’s name was deepansh S. became a smart * when I brought up being compensated although I was very respectful and let him know multiple times yes I am frustrated but it’s not towards him it was just the situation and although I maintained my level of respect when asked about how it would be made up to me he simply said I would be compensated by completing the set when it’s fixed. Even tho EA just released more 89ovr players and joe mixon has lost some value on the market place because he’s become an older card with each day. I should’ve had him 4 days ago when it was more relevant and I’m still trying to get it fixed. I also play on a pc that’s way better than next gen consoles and I’m still playing the * version of the game. I guess if madden improved at anything this year it got way better at being a bad game. It’s beyond the game honestly it just a * company. Seriously what other game company has players dealing with this kinda stuff. Ubisoft compensated all of its for honor players for a very small issue that only effected certain people which did not include me but I still got compensated for the inconvenience and for honor is a dead game and can still manage to show at least the smallest amount of appreciation for its players. EAs version of fan appreciation is really good packs on mut that you have to buy why don’t they just call it 10 bucks a pop appreciation or taking little kids money appreciation. I’m kinda going on a rant but it’s been building up and I never post on these kinds of things but holy * EA is so bad. 2K just needs to make their game maybe EA will actually put effort into it with competition Bc I bet no matter how bad 2ks game is everyone is just dying to not have to deal with EA anymore
