Can't level up on MUT. Field passes arent working, missing challenges.

I can’t either in the same boat

I just downloaded the game and it won’t let me get any xp or are any missions. I have been stuck at level 1 since I got it. I tried to do start your ulimant team but it won’t give me my rewards for doing it

I have been stuck on level one in mut since I bought madden and I can’t even unlock the base team to start playing online please help

I have completed all the “Start your Ultimate Team” missions but it still tells me I have 0/3 completed and my level haven’t moved, even with having joe burrow unlocked.

I got madden just a couple of days ago and I can’t see head to head, the new solos won’t appear, and it says I still haven’t completed the “Start Your Ultimate Team” missions. 

I just got the game on ps5 and I went to play madden 23 and it is not letting me get my rewards for finishing the start your ultimate team. It is not letting me do anything els till it is done.

Dose anyone know how to fix it

This has been going on since Christmas Day where I have been unable to access my MUT.  Can anyone help??  My son put so much money into this team and I feel horrible that I cannot help him in any way!  Thanks so much

I have tried numerous of times to report this issue and it has yet to be resolved 🤦‍♂️
