Can't pick play in Madden 25

Me and everyone I know who all have wildly different PC builds all have horrific glitches on Madden 25. Game freezes, can't pick my play, etc. Always during head to head multiplayer matches. This has been occuring since day 1 of Madden 25 through a variety of Windows 10 versions, PC's with Windows reinstalled, Madden 25 being uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, various PC components having been replaced/upgraded, using different peripherals and controllers, getting different internet setups, moving to different states even, so on and so forth. Between me and all my friends who want to play this and we all have it through EA Play, we try every few months or so to play a game, to see if it's been fixed at all, even a little bit. And throughout all the various PC setups we have and the changes we had made in those months, one things always remains exactly the same, and that is that the game is 100% completely broken.

It's always choppy, kind of laggy in a weird way, freezes up, and has odd hitches, particularly after having picked a play, or at the end of the play. Basically anything to do with the playbook just doesn't work at all. Most commonly it simply won't allow us to pick a play unless we sort of make it "wake up" by pausing then unpausing the game. I know it's recognizing my keyboard or controller input and yet I can press every single button or key and it won't pick a play. 

The issue is highly specific TO madden 25, not to any of our PC's. It only occurs in Madden 25, and no other games, even other EA games like Apex and FIFA work perfectly every single time. It's clear to me that Madden 25 simply just was never ready for release, was never seriously tested, and should never have been made publicly available. Madden 24 also had this issue to a pretty extreme degree, but at least we had Madden 23 for a while, which worked smoothly with no issues. But now that's been removed from EA Play.

How to replicate:

1. Have a Windows PC setup with any common components on it
2. Try to play a head to head multiplayer game with an EA friend
3. It will not work nearly as smoothly as other EA games, and at some point you will be unable to select the play you want to run

Note to EA: You'll be tempted to ask "oh but what version of madden, what version this or that, how much RAM have you downloaded, etc" - don't. The issue IS with Madden 25. It occurs on any and every Windows PC in head 2 head multiplayer against an EA friend in every single version of Madden 25 and any possible configuration. 

I don't know if it's necessarily an issue on exactly 100% of setups like that, but I'd be willing to bet if I went out and bought 100 different Windows 10 PC's of all kinds, and created 100 new EA accounts and freshly installed Madden 25 right now, and had 50 of them play against the other 50 - ALL one hundred of them would experience major, game breaking issues.
