This is ridiculous. Auto-save kicks on every time you complete an action making everything permanent and irreversible. Offer your best player a contract and he rejects it? Tough luck for you- he'll hit the open market.So to get around it I created a manual save point, but guess what? That file won't load for some unknown reason. When I go to the manage files screen and try to load it, it only gives me the option to delete the file.Why? Who in their right mind would think this is a good idea?Offline CFM is the only reason I buy Madden games- I get a kick out of managing a team in coach mode for 10+ years. If I don't have the option to back out and load my last saved game when something catastrophic happens to my team, there's zero incentive for me to play. Is it a glitch that I can't load my saved game?Is there a way to turn auto-save off? I don't want to go through the trouble of trying to get a refund.I play on the PS4, by the way.

I had the same problem on XBox One, but thanks to the previous post I figured it out. 1) When you manually save, make sure you save as a different name than the auto-save.2) Click the B button to exit your Connected Franchise mode.3) Click RB one time to go to the Play tab.4) Click Connected Franchise.5) It'll have you on the Last Played tab. Don't click that. Scroll right to Resume Offline.6) Click your saved file.I know this repeated some of the last post, but I figured step by step instructions might help some other people too.

How do you manually save? Pressing the pad does nothing. I cant find any option anywhere yo manually save week by week.

That sucks man, I'm sorry that's happening to you, but it's comforting to know I'm not the only one. I doubt we'll get an answer as EA doesn't seem too keen on customer satisfaction.

Im having the same problem except i have a Xbox One and it wont load any of my saves autosave or manual everytime i try to load my connected franchise mode online or offline i get taken to the opening of CAR vs SEA and after i finish that my game goes to a load screen and stays there i even tried starting a new CFM but encountered the same issue EA needs to fix this asap

Go to connected franchise and select resume offline then pick the manually saved game.

To be honest I don't understand why it's a part of Madden at all it continually ruins my Seasons because it won't load and I have to start for game 1 I hope they don't put it in next year's game

The Intro SUCKS!!! To get around it, go into Play Now. When you gain control of the game, exit and then you can continue to play your connected franchise. As for the auto-saved files I never had any problem with them, I resume my connected franchise through Connected Franchise rather than trying to load my connected franchise through file loads. I have no clue how to turn off auto-save. It seems to me there is no option given to disable auto-save which also SUCKS because I hate having 10+ auto saved games listed when all I want is my own manually saved game.
