CFM creation error. "The command failed. Please try again."

When I click "Accept and Continue" to create a player on CFM, it says, "The command failed. Please try again."

    If you're playing with custom rosters in which the Created player cap is reached, like with the 2016-17 Rosters, you cannot create a brand new player, you can play as an existing player however.

    Why cant I create a player for connected franchise???? every time I do and click continue it says the command  failed and please try again, then it makes me pick a team again and I click continue and its says command failed again. However if I am to use a coach or an owner it works???!! I just cant create a player!? please help its one of the main reasons i bought the game...

    I have had the same problem. Except my PS3 completely locks up once I try to advance after creating the rookie player and customizing him. Very frustrating. I'm seeking answers as well. Not gonna try it anymore at the risk of ruining my system -_-

    Sorry for late response here. Please post your platform, country  and internet provider on this thread to help us narrow down this issue.

    Please perform basic troubleshooting like power cycling your router and console and connecting with a cable rather than wirelessly.

    • Which team
    • Which position
    • Default or custom roster
