I am playing the journey challenge and just completed the 30 stars tier 3 level but never received the gold premium player pack. It says I don’t have any packs to open but I never received my milestone reward.

Summarize your bug I earned the 89-90 Nat superstar master pack from the mut superstar challenge and I didn't receive it. I have checked every where, unopened packs, sets and more.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess trying to earn the pack
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive my pack
What do you expect to see? My pack

Did you eventually get your rewards? The team was notified and those affected by this should have received their rewards for completion by now. 

I’m having the same issue with finishing the weekly challenge this week. I completed 5 goals the last of which was the solo battle challenge. I never got my grid iron pack.

Did you reach out to our Live-Support team or EA Help on Twitter so they can check into that for you?

I reached out to EA Help and they are looking into it for me. I took some screen shots to have them check it out. Spent over 2 hrs the last few days trying to get help with it just for a pack. Hopefully this gets fixed others don’t experience this issue.

• I'm missing 89-90 OVR NAT MUT Master Pack (Confirmed by Origin Support full with transcript)

I have this problem with the championship games, where you play 20 full games and earn a 89-91 NAT player after playing those 20 games.. it never game me the tier before that or the 89-91. That took so much time to do.
