I have this same issue with Tony Gonzales. Have they put out a solution?

    @Esal23 Nope, and last night I made a request to have some sort of compensation on the matter, and of course they "don't have the authority to do so" but I guarantee if they were losing money it would be fixed in seconds. I'm done with this garbage game and this trash company. I didn't play Madden last year because its been so bad. Made the mistake of playing and actually spending money this year just to get this. I'm done
